Clothing FAQs

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use a 3rd party provider for most clothing options, your order will be processed by us and with our production partner on the same day you order. Turnaround via our partner is then usually 5-10 business days.

Does each item arrive individually packaged?

Your order is printed especially for you and shipped directly from our trusted production partner. To reduce waste and keep things eco-friendly, your garment may arrive unlabelled and without additional inner plastic packaging — but rest assured, it’s brand new, clean, and securely packed.

Why doesn’t my order have branded tags?

Because our items are printed to order and sent directly from our production partner, they may arrive without branded tags or labels. This helps streamline delivery and reduce waste.

My item arrived with some creasing, is that normal?

Yes! Each item is folded and packed shortly after printing, so you may notice light creasing from transit. This is completely normal and will disappear after the first wash or a quick press - we always suggest ironing inside out.

Is the quality still the same without extra packaging?

Absolutely. All garments are printed professionally, handled with care, and checked before dispatch. We simply skip unnecessary packaging to stay eco-friendly and keep costs down for you.

Do you always use the same material type?

When stock and colours allow, we will use our preferred organic heavyweight cotton for t-shirts and organic cotton / polyester for thicker tops. If a specific colour or size is temporarily unavailable, we’ll select the closest alternative offered by our supplier — typically a heavyweight ultra cotton / polyester. We always prioritise quality and consistency.
